Campus Crusade for Christ’s staff leader for Zimbabwe recently shared:

girls “At this present moment 5.1 million people are on the verge of facing serious starvation in Zimbabwe. There is no food. The shops areempty. The supermarkets don’t have anything. Theexchange rate currently is $1 US = 100 trillion Zimbabwe dollars…

“[We] turned away six orphanages who last week came to the office for food. We didn’t have anything. We had to turn [to] them and say [no] until we have something else…”

Our staff teams are currently helping 56 orphanages but so many more still need assistance. Since much of the food has already been donated, what is needed are funds for shipping and distributing the food.
